on this web site. By placing an order, you accept the

Ordering

- Browse through our selection of wide and extra wide/deep
fitting shoes and accessories. By selecting a sub-heading
on the home page, this will take you to the shoes/products
we offer in each category.
- Once you have found the shoe/product you wish to
purchase, select the size and colour required (where
applicable) and click on the icon 'Add to cart'. This
item will automatically be added to your shopping
cart, and you will be shown an updated status of your
shopping cart. You can then choose to continue shopping
or proceed to checkout.
- Should you have any questions/queries regarding
our stock or placing an order please call our shop
to speak to one of our qualified chiropodists or shoe
fitters.
- Complete the order form in full by filling in all
fields (those marked with an * are compulsory) and
following the instructions given. Your customer details
should be the same as those associated with your credit
card. There is an option of having an alternative
delivery address.
Please note: there is a space on
the order form for you to add any additional information
or special requests etc.
- We will send an order confirmation by email within
one hour. Please check that the details on this confirmation
email are correct (especially the delivery address),
and print a copy for your records. If there are any
changes to the confirmation email please inform us
as soon as possible by sending an email to; sales@footwearsolutions.co.uk
- Your credit card will then be charged. Your order
will only be despatched once we have received payment
in full.
Please note: You, the customer, undertake
that all details you provide to Your Footwear Solutions
Ltd for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods
or services are correct, that the credit or debit
card you are using is your own and that there are
sufficient funds to cover the costs of the goods or
services ordered. It is a crime to use a false name
or invalid credit card to order. Anyone caught will
be reported and prosecuted.

We have chosen SECCard as our main payment authoriser
to allow you to securely pay for the goods and services
you order from our web site. The security and privacy
of all card details are maintained by SECPays' high
levels of encryption. When payment is authorised a confirmation
of the transaction will be sent to you by email. Visa
and Mastercard credit cards, as well as Maestro and Solo
are all accepted. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept
payment from American Express and Diners Club.

We are very happy to chat to customers over the phone
about any shoe fitting issues they have, advice etc.
and help with using the website.
Delivery
| Top
If your chosen products are in stock your order will
be processed, and despatched by Royal Mail. Orders will
be despatched as soon as possible, however, please allow
14 days for delivery. Delivery will be to the address
stated on your order form. If your order is urgent there
is an express shipping option.
If an item is out of stock we will contact you (usually
by email or telephone) to offer you an alternative or
to confirm the delivery date for your original order.
If you do not receive your order (or correspondence
from us) within 14 days of us sending your confirmation
email please contact us, so that we can assess and resolve
the situation as quickly as possible.
Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time prior to your
order being processed and despatched, by sending an
email to sales@footwearsolutions.co.uk
If your credit card has been debited, the same credit
card will be credited as soon as possible, within 14
days of the notice. Once the order has been despatched,
you can cancel the order by returning the goods undamaged.
Please note: in this instance you
will have to bear the cost of the return postage. See
returns policy (next section) for full details.
Returns Policy

- You may return unworn or faulty*
goods within 28 days of receipt of your purchase.
In this instance we can offer a refund or exchange.
- A returns/exchange form will be sent out with your
goods (should you not receive this form please contact
us). This must be completed and returned with the
goods in order to process the return.
- Return postage cost is non-refundable. Only if there
is a manufacturers fault with the goods, or we have
made a mistake with the order differing from the confirmation
note, will we offer to send you a pre-paid return
label. In this instance we will send a replacement
pair postage free and as soon as possible.
- When sending returns we ask that you obtain a proof
of postage from the post office as we cannot be responsible
for returns that 'get lost in the post'.
- Refunds will be made to the credit card you nominated
on your order form, this will take place as soon as
possible, within 14 days of receipt of the returned
item(s). Replacement product(s) will be despatched
to you as soon as possible and within 14 days, provided
it is in stock.
* Please note: All goods returned
as faulty, will be inspected for a manufacturing defect.
If deemed faulty, a full refund or exchange will be
given.

Should you be unhappy with our products or service
please contact us by sending an email to sales@footwearsolutions.co.uk
or writing to Your Footwear Solutions Ltd. We will do
our best to correct errors and omissions as quickly
as practicable after being notified.
Postage
| Top
- Ladies shoes postage is £3.00 for your first
pair of shoes. Subsequent items in the same order
(i.e. further ladies shoes or other products) are
postage free.
- Mens shoes postage is £4.00 for your first
pair of shoes. Subsequent items in the same order
(i.e. further mens shoes or other products) are postage
free.
- Other products (with no shoe purchase) will be £1.00
for your first item. Subsequent other products in
the same order are postage free.
- Postage costs given above are for UK standard shipping
by Royal Mail 1st class mail only.
- Express shipping is sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery
(subject to your products being in stock).
- For overseas delivery please call or email
for postage costs, delivery time etc. Any additional
charges for customs clearance etc. is your responsibility.
Please note: customs policies vary
from country to country - we advise you to contact
your local customs office for further information.
Although we will despatch orders as soon as possible,
it may take longer than 14 days for delivery.
Privacy

Your Footwear Solutions Ltd values your privacy. The
data we hold about you is in accordance with the Data
Protection Act 1998. We do not sell/ pass on your details
to other companies or third parties.
Amendments
to Terms & Conditions | Top
Your Footwear Solutions Ltd may amend these terms and
conditions from time to time, and place the new version
on the website. All purchases from the date that the
amended terms are placed on our website onwards will
be governed by those new terms.
